課程概述 |
1) To learn how to measure nation, company, project, engineering, and construction productivity.
2) To study process improvement methods.
3) To understand the human and other factors affecting productivity.
4) To explore quality control theories and their applications.
5) To get insight into total Quality Management basics and its implementation.
